Journey Through Your Chakras

This is a gentle workshop designed to drop you into a deeper awareness of self and your potential. It is aimed at individuals who are new to cacao and new to the work of Dream Awake, who are looking for guidance on their spiritual journey and who are looking for a deeper connection to their intuitive self. 

A blend of somatic movement, breath-work (pranayama), meditation, hands-on-energy-medicine, drumming & music, and the sacred cacao, alongside ritual and ceremony, Fin and Cath guide individuals on a deeply transformative journey to activate & align the chakras from the root to the crown. This is a magical workshop that slowly takes an individual through the chakras for increased energy & vitality. To clear stagnant energy. Clear emotional blockages.
