An Ancestral Journey of Self-discovery and Growth

This workshop is ideal for individuals who are working with the ancestral lineage. Ideally, you have completed A Journey to the Heart, or you are familiar with the work of Dream Awake, or you are advanced in your self-development and on the spiritual path.

As you journey with the ancestors you begin to understand and let go aspects of the ancestral lineage that keep you stuck in a belief system and a pattern of behaviour. To guide individuals on the ancestral path, Fin and Cath work with the serpent energy to shed the old and step into the new.  They use somatic movement, pranayama, meditation, and drinking cacao, hands on energy work, alongside ritual and ceremony to support this deep process. There is space to honour the ancestors, to reflect on your journey and integrate the knowledge.
