About The Event
This is a gentle workshop for people new to cacao and to the work of Dream Awake, who are looking for guidance on their spiritual journey. It is also compatible to individuals who are experienced in shamanic work.
A Journey to the Heart focuses on the heart centre and the flavours of the heart - grief, gratitude, forgiveness, compassion, trust, love, joy and passion. To support a person to connect with their heart centre, Fin and Cath focus on somatic movement, pranayama, meditation, and drinking cacao alongside rituals of letting go, gratitude and forgiveness. There is time for deep relaxation in this workshop, hands on healing medicine and sharing.
Cacao is served during the journey with rose petals (optional). We close with atole - a Mexican corn drink.
