    Cath Walker

Cath's journey into health and spirituality began with her own healing through holotropic breathwork - a gateway that led her on a journey in search of deeper understanding.

She sweated in medicine lodges in the Australian outback and Mexican deserts, wrestled with the rigid structure of ashram life in India until finding acceptance and peace, and fidgeted through countless restless days during Vipassana retreats in Thailand, New Zealand, and England before finally dropping into profound silence.

From spiritual retreats in Australia and Arizona to sitting in sacred ceremony with the Hopi tribe, Cath immersed herself in alternative ways of being. In the rainforests of Chiapas, Mexico, she discovered the intoxicating world of ceremonial cacao - a sacred medicine that has become a focus for her practice and teaching.

Today, Cath channels her experience into workshops, groups, and private sessions rooted in ceremony and ritual. Over the years, she has guided hundreds of clients through their own transformations, witnessing profound change and expansion and continues to support seekers on their healing journeys toward harmonising mind, body, and soul.

    Shamanism

Her life changed forever in 2005 with her introduction and initiation into shamanism. She had found her spiritual home—a practice that deepened her connection to spirit and her authentic self. After completing her Celtic Shamanic training with The Sacred Trust in 2006, she has walked this path with reverence and humility ever since, weaving shamanic traditions into all her work

    Kambo

In 2015, Cath encountered Kambo - a sacred frog secretion from the Amazon - another defining moment. After her first treatment, she felt transformed: lighter, free from mental chatter, and deeply cleansed from within. The impact was so profound that she trained with the IAKP as a practitioner in 2016, returning two years later to complete her advanced practitioner certification.

Cath offers both group ceremonies and private Kambo sessions, holding sacred space for each client's unique healing journey, tailoring each experience to meet clients where they are in their healing process while maintaining the traditional respect this sacred medicine deserves. Cacao

Cath's love affair with cacao began in 2007 with her first bowl of 100% pure cacao in Mexico - a moment that would reshape her practice forever. Since then, cacao has become her most trusted ally, accompanying her through extended stays in Mexico as she deepened her relationship with this ancient plant spirit, listening to its guidance and wisdom.

Cacao is far more than a beverage. Organic pure cacao is a true plant medicine: it nourishes, heals, and comforts in ways that honor its status as one of nature's most perfect gifts.

She facilitates intimate group cacao ceremonies and personalised one-on-one sessions, weaving together the heart-opening properties of cacao with the breath awareness of pranayama and the inner journey of guided meditation - creating a uniquely powerful healing experience. Food as Medicine

Over the past decade, Cath has cultivated a deep passion for the healing power of whole, natural foods. Real whole food, as nature intended is medicine - it enhances life, heals sickness, and prevents both mental and physical illness.

It forms the foundation for a balanced, nurtured body and mind. And yes, it tastes incredible too.

Your body is your greatest asset and most important investment. It deserves nothing but the best.

Cath brings a wealth of formal training to her practice as a qualified Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, yoga and pranayama instructor, bio-dynamic and Thai massage therapist, facial rejuvenation specialist, and ear acupuncturist.

Her personal spiritual discipline includes daily qigong, yoga, pranayama, and cacao - practices that keep her grounded and connected to her own growth.

She continues exploring ancient wisdom traditions, delving deep into the sacred knowledge of Peru's Incas and the profound teachings of Guatemala and Mexico's Mayan culture.
